Read AD/Security Group name from Site Groups using CSOM

Hi, 

I have requirement to read the specific AD Group/Security Group name from the  SharePoint groups available in a site using CSOM code.<o:p></o:p>

I am able to fetch all the sharepoint groups using the "clientContext.Web.SiteGroups" except the AD group name. The group collection object does not have the ad group name.I want to read the AD group and its object.

Please share your ideas/thoughts on this.
