SharePoint 2013 - Page Content Types Throws Error

Hello Community,

I am working in SharePoint 2013 with an issue a customer reported.  The customer has a number of Page content types that were working, but now all but one throws the following error when you try to create a page:

"'New 'Document' requires a Microsoft SharePoint Foundation compatible application and web browser. To add a document to this document library, click the 'Upload Document' button.

Has anyone else seen this error and if so please provide guidance and/or code to correct it.
