How to fetch items from specific folder in SharePoint List using REST API

Hello,

I want to fetch listitems/data from specific folder from SharePoint list using REST API

How we can achieve this using REST API?

Basically I have a List which contains multiple folder and each folder contains thousands of records. So I wantfetch data from specific folder and show to the user. I have tried but unable to achieve this using REST API. Could you please provide solution on this issue or suggest approach so I can sort out the issue.
