Getting "File not found" error for http://xyz.com default home page after deploying newly versioned WSP in Farm Solution for http://xyz.com.

Hi,

I am using SharePoint Server 2016.

I have created different version of WSP by following the instructions mentioned in https://blog.mastykarz.nl/shared-components-sharepoint-platform/

Changed WSP file name, Solution ID, Assembly file name, Assembly version, Feature Name, Feature Title, Feature ID & Layouts sub-folder name.

I have deployed the newly versioned WSP to the farm solution for the web application : http://xyz.com. I have removed the original WSP from the farm solution.

But, I get "File not found" error when I try to navigate to http://xyz.com default home page.

Please provide resolution to this problem ASAP.
