How to get data present in excel using Excel services Rest URL?

We are able to fetch the data with URL,

spPageContextInfo.webAbsoluteUrl +"/_vti_bin/ExcelRest.aspx/"+libName+"/"+fileName+"/model/Ranges('"+rangeName+"')?$format=json",

But we need to specify the range.

We are sure about the horizontal range but not about the vertical.

Can you please suggest any solution.
