titel field

Hi Guys,

I have create a custom list with 3 field.

I did rename the Titel to Project name, second field is Progect manager and erd field is Status.

Now I would like to know how can I change the list so when click on the titel it goes to a subsite that I already created?

I did create a new field with URL data type but unfortunatly it looks like that only field Titel is clickable.
