newly added Task Outcome items are not loading in SP Designer List Workflow

Hi,

I have created list workflow in designer and the task list is using Workflow Task (SharePoint 2013) Content type, in this content type we have a Task Outcome column with 9 items  but recently i have added 2 more new items to Task Outcome and when i tried to update the workflow, the new 2 items which i  have added are not loading in the below action

If Variable: Outcome equals value 

I also deleted the Cache from the below

%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache
