SharePoint 2013 Question about FilterField1 and FilterValue1 when the the field is a Lookup

Hi All,

I have an Employees list which has a Country column. The Country column is a lookup column which gets its information from Countries list on the same site.

Current situation:

I am able to filter an out of box Employees view by using the URL parameters FilterField1=Country & FilterValue1=UK. No problem for this.

Desired goal:

I would like to specify the ID of the Country as opposed to theTitle.  Example. FilterField1=Country & FilterValue1=2

Here 2 is the ID of the list item which represents UK in theCountries list.
