Create a SharePoint Web Page from data in a SharePoint List

I am looking to create a dynamic web page from data in a SharePoint list. I used to do this using the InfoPath tool and creating a display page. Then when the item was clicked, it would take you to the formatted display page. I could set up the page how I wanted it with all sorts of formatting. However, I cannot get the InfoPath Display Page to be responsive (e.g., the table uses pixels instead of percentages so it doesn't resize).

Does anybody have a better way to do this? I have many list that I would like to do this with as I am building an intranet site.
