Hi, I'm using sp2013.
I want to create a page layout/content layout where it retrieves the content from a custom list on the site. I want to have image tiles, 3 in a row, and a photo caption under it as a teaser text. This is for news and events page. Author would enter news or events in a custom list on the site. 3 columns to this custom list. A image (or link), teaser text and link to the full page story.
So not knowing how many news / events in the list at any time. This page should just retrieve whatever it founds in chronically order and display it on the page. Is this possible? Suggestions on how to get this started?
Should the images be stored in a list or photo list at this site?
