Hello All,
I have one parent list, from which I created a custom query string on button click, which I passed along with URL to open the new child list. Based on the query string values I need to open either of the NewForm.aspx (I have created two Newform.aspx in a single page and provided visibility to that webpart based on the query string values). Everything works fine till this point.
And now, its time to create display forms and edit forms for the same. I have a big question mark here, Should I have to create two display forms as well?? If yes, How can I keep visibility for either of the display forms? Because I do not have any parameter to base this visibility on(like query string or so). Because I will be clicking on the column name having "linktoitem" to open the Display form, I think I cannot create a custom query string.
Please enlighten me on this issue.
