Deep Linking of URL is not working

Hi,

We have a client site in SP 2013 where the URL is https://abc.com/def/employee-discounts, now when we navigate to the URL directly it works fine, but when we logout from the site and enter the URL directly in browser, it says 403 Forbidden.

But compared to other URLs in the site it goes directly to login page (when we directly put in browser) which is the expected behaviour. - This is happening in whole farm and not able to found any specific solution for this, even not able to replicate the issue in lower env.

Just to make a note we are using Managed Metadata for Navigation.

Also, to note the issue is happening with word "discount" in the URL which is not getting accepted in the Deep linking.
