I am facing a business requirement where I need to sync two list together, each SharePoint list sitting in two different site collection.
I have some list in site collection A (master), which are manually updated.
I have the same lists in site collection B (slave), which need to have the same data, up to date. With the same SPListItem ID if possible.
The fresh data will always come from the site collection A.
The lists in the site collection A are linked by lookup relationships. I need to reproduce these relationships in the site collection B.
What could be the best solution to implement this kind of synchronization? It has to be robust.
An instant synchronization would be better. But a one per day synchronization could be sufficient.
What would be the best approach? SSIS? A SharePoint Job ? EventHandlers ? Something native ? A third party tool?
