I've scoured the SP forum, but was unable to find an answer for something like this. I created a custom list that's setup like a Help Desk ticketing system. I have multiple statuses (Active, Waiting on Change, Waiting on Vendor, Waiting on Customer, Resolved) that I want to keep a time status on.
For instance, a ticket is created and it's set to "active" as I'm working on an issue. Once I'm done, I email the customer and change the ticket to "waiting on customer." Once the customer confirms the ticket can be resolved, I place the status to "resolved."
I want to see how long I worked on the ticket, how long it took the customer to respond, and the total time it took to resolve it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
