Open SP.ClientContext with different User / Or Call Rest API using different user not current user login

Hi All,

1 - Can i call REST API (_api/lists/) with different user instead of current user

Or

2 - Open SP.ClientContext with different user instead of current user.

Above concern is possible or we have any alternate option.

Please help me.
