A Web Part or Web Form Control could not be found or it is not registered as safe

I have created a custom visual web part as a farm solution with Site scope. I have deployed this feature at farm level for all web application. But When i have started adding that webpart on page it shows me below error message. On one web application I can able to add web part without any issue but for rest of other web application its giving me error message.

A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed or imported. The type webpartname, webpartname, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dfabbf4ab9b82eb0 could not be found or it is not registered as safe.

I checked safe entry in .spdata file but entry is there. This solution is deployed at GAC as well.
