Updating SQL value from the data in SharePoint List

Hi,

I have SQL Database (EmployeeDB) and SharePoint List.

From SharePoint list, i have a column Leave Balance and in SQL EmployeDB, also i have a field Leave Balance

Now, is it possible to automatically update the value of SQL Leave Balance field whenever the value from SharePoint list (Leave Balance) was change?

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks in advance
