How to get Last Published Page from Pages Library using CAML / CSOM / REST ?

I have a site created based on publishing template. 

I have created a custom content type and then created a custom page layout based on this custom content type.

Then I created 3 pages based on this page layout and published all 3.

I then modified few pages - but not published it

I need to get the "LAST PUBLISHED" Page. 

My preference to use CAML query. however REST / CSOM / JSOM also is fine.

I hope somebody can help me.

I tried the ModStat column , - no luck.
