Hello SharePoint Gurus - I have a custom list in SharePoint 2013 which is quickly approaching 5000 items. How should I move( to archive) these items in another custom lists (Archived) list so that the Creation Date, Created By, Modified date and Modified By doesn't change? How can I link these two list so that when user search for something, results come back from both the lists? or there are better ways to manage large lists. Is there any new feature in 2013 for this?
Really appreciate your suggestions.
