Sharepoint calculated column is inconsistent

Hi,

I have created a sharepoint calculated column to get the ID value.

Have written the formula as below to redirect to another page along with ID value

="<a href='/pages/printtermsandconditions.aspx?ItemID="&ID&"'><img src=""/PublishingImages/Printer.png"" title=""Print""/></a>"

Some times,it is coming and some time it is not.

But after going to list settings,pasting the same under calculated column formula,it works for some time.

After some time,same problem gets repeated.

Please share your ideas to make this stable.
