Hi Guys
So I have an issue with a sharepoint 2013 installation where the user profile synchronization service is stuck on a starting stage, I have checked and the service is being run by an account that has farm administration and also has local administrator rights on the sharepoint server.
Can anyone recommend steps to take to get this fixed?
