Language Problem Workflow SharePoint Designer 2013

Hello everyone

I have a problem with my workflow on SharePoint Designer 2013.

My SharePoint site is in French, so all the command are in French.

But yhen i do the test if the approval status is "0;Aprrouvé" it don't works because the value of the approval status is "0;Approved".

I have no idea how to fix this.
