view document libraries by parameter

Is there a way to view document libraries on a page using URL Parameters? To elaborate:

We have a project dashboard page that is a hub of information for all of the Projects we do in the company. You click on a picture on the home page that takes you to different projects based off of the parameter, ProjectCode. So for example, if I go to the"project 1" link, it takes me to /ProjectDashboard.aspx?ProjectCode=Proj1

On this page there is information about the project loaded in, but I am incapable of displaying the correct document libraries. The approach we are currently taking (yes i know, not best practice) is to create a document library for each of the projects. While this has worked wonders for our Project Manager's efficiency, it has me stumped. How can I load in dl_Project1 (the doclib for project 1)to the project dashboard when the parameter is proj1?

On top of this, the end goal is to display only the last 10 modified/created documents by the current user. To explain:

Let's say John Doe logs into our Sharpoint and goes to our home page and clicks on Project 2. The parameter ?projectcode=proj2 is then loaded in and the correct information displays on the dashboard. Now, what i need to figure out is how does John Doe see the documents he last worked on in project 2, displayed on this page in a format that he can open and edit the document?
