Validate a Multi select Checkbox field on form submission

Hi All,

I want to validate  multi select checkbox fields Column F with multi select options A and B &  Column G with multi select options C and D. 

Such that the form should ONLY submit when  any option in either an Column F or G  is selected/checked

Any idea will be greatly appreciated
