What is the difference between Reusable Workflow and Site Collection Reusable Workflow.
Second,
Scenario, I am having 500+ Sub sites under my site collection. I am having one template site, using which I am creating these sites. Now I am having One document library and List in each site. I am updating Document metadata through workflow (Data is coming from List).
Now all these workflow/logic I am creating into my template site and I am just recreating site on that template.
Now, tomorrow if anything changes in workflow I am not able to broadcast these changes on each sub site.
is there any way to handle this scenario. will Site collection workflow helpful in this.
