Set different Permission to list item

Hi,

I am working on SharePoint 2013. I am (Site Owner) storing some document into Library, however there are some confidential documents, can I hide those documents from others users (others users are having Edit/contribute/Read only Permission).

Second, If I create folders into the document library, will that be possible to set different permission to folders.
