How to rename the document in other library using list workflow?

Hi,

Need your quick technical guidance for the following scenario.

Need to copy a document from one document library to another using list workflow. Document name should be changed while moving to the other library. User should get the option to key in the document name. We are planning to set this workflow as a manual process by keeping a button on the ribbon.

Would be glad if you can share some pointers on achieving the above said scenario.

We are using,
- SharePoint 2013
- SharePoint Designer 2013
