I am working SharePoint 2013 application. I have a requirement as mentioned below. Kindly let me know ways to achieve this.
I have got SP2013, VS2013 and Designer 2013.
Problem: 1) I have a document library, when users upload a document they should be presented with form to fill in.
2) Which has template drop down and upon selecting respective form (text boxes,date fields, drop downs).
3) Need to one button at the bottom saying "Add More fields" which allows them to add remaining fields.
Kindly let me know suitable approach for this. I was thinking of going with custom aspx page with dynamic controls. Please suggest.
