Create Workflow including Powershell Command

Hi All,

Looking for some feedback from the community. Can a new site requisition workflow be created that when approved allows to include a powershell command that can automatically take a predefined template, apply branding and publishing features and create a new site? If yes can you please provide link or resource to such workflow example.
