We have a sandbox solution (Visual Web Part) deployed to SharePoint 2013 Online site. This web part has Add and Update functionality to list items. It has been working fine few days ago. Now, adding of items works fine but when item is updated, we get error as: The channel 'tcp' is already registered. There were no changes made to the code.
Tried searching the answers over the net but couldn't find anything related to SharePoint 2013 Online and this error.
Any solution or pointers to solve it?
