Site Columns to Content Types with Feature Upgrade

Hi, as I couldn't see my new Site Columns deployed inside my Content Type, I found as solution a feature upgrade, so in the feature XML I added the following code:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?><Feature xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/"><UpgradeActions><VersionRange BeginVersion="0.0.0.0" EndVersion="0.9.9.9"><ApplyElementManifests><ElementManifest Location="Fields_Visionneuse\Elements.xml" /></ApplyElementManifests><AddContentTypeField ContentTypeId="0x010009EDDBE162425240BB5C1D75D4FB125F" FieldId="{3AE980FE-1956-49F4-9292-6E77D447EE91}" PushDown="TRUE"/></VersionRange></UpgradeActions></Feature>

Even thought my Site Columns still doesn't show up in the Content Type.

Any ideas?
