SharePoint 2013 - Sites is running slow when load first time

Hi

I have noticed SharePoint site is running slow every morning when loads first time.

It takes around 1-2 mins.

After that it runs in couple of seconds.

Recycle time set for overnight. So it happens after that first time load.

I have manually recycle the site and noticed it happens the same.

I have checked all other pages/web parts/SQL Stored Procedures.

It all working quick. No problem with that.

Is there any solution for speed up the SharePoint site when loads first time?
