JSOM Dynamic url's

Hi All,

I need help on the JSOM. I am using the below two static url's in the ".js" file(this file in the sitecoll style library) and getting some information in the webpart which is in testsub.aspx(subsite). Please help me on passing these urls(http://sitecoll& http://sitecoll/sub1) dynamically.

http://sitecoll/_layouts/15/test.aspx

http://sitecoll/sub1/Pages/testsub.aspx
