How can I force users to use only the "Custom Content Type" for the document libraries and lists that they are going to create?
If not possible, Can I notify the site admin that "a new document library or list has been created with a different content type" on creation of a list or library?
If not possible, Can I restrict the users(with contribute permission) from adding any new libraries and lists into the site?
My ultimate aim is "USE ONLY THE CUSTOM CONTENT TYPE INSTEAD THE DEFAULT CONTENT TYPE" in list and libraries.
