How to use MaxKeywordQueryTextLength in Search Client object model?

As per the following link we can increase the KQL text limit using MaxKeywordQueryTextLength

However how can i do the same while i am using Search Client object model? Also what is the default limit for a KQL query when using Search CSOM?
