Datetime control field value showing vary to different time zones

Hi All,

Recently am facing a trouble with DateTime Control where working in a SharePoint site that accessible worldwide. the problem is a user in Saskatchewan time zone created an item were he choose birthday date fields as 5/11/2016, but the same item displaying to users in pacific time zone was 5/10/2016 as birthday date. We felt it was wrong and we want constant date time ( selected from datetime control ) for all the zones.

Hope you all get it. Please help to overcome the above date time control issue.
