Copy list data from Sharepoint 2007 to Sharepoint 2013 using Client side code.

I have a custom list in SharePoint 2007, which I want to copy to another SharePoint 2013 list.

In Short, both the 2007 list and 2013 list should be synched. The SP 2013 list is in another farm. I would like to achieve this using JQUERY, REST , by adding the script at the page level using CEWP. Please suggest.
