Multiple SharePoint Applications on Same IIS Server (Provider Hosted Solution)

HI All

I'm having an issue when adding a 2nd SharePoint provider hosted application. My scenario are:

- I have created an Server Certificate which is validated by the domain.

- From the Certificate we created an Issuer ID - call it A

- The MVC frontend application is running on Server from which the certificate was created.

- The frontend application is SSL enabled.

All is working well, then we decided to create an 2nd Provider hosted application and we have done the following:

- Create an new Issuer ID - call it B from the original certificate (both IIS applications is on the same server)

- Application 1 is still working BUT the new Application 2 is opening Application 1's MVC frontend ??

Any help would be great as I am at my end with this issue, surely you could run more than 1 solution from the same server?
