SharePonit 5000 Threshold Issue with all API

This question is beyond the SharePoint limit and capabilities, i.e. out of SP Capabilities and Recommendation of MS.

Well I have seen many question related to 5000 Threshold or list item limit. 

I think that MS should provide a simplest way achieve this request form many user using rest api, json, csr etc.

I have also done so many workaround to load data in chunks but it needs more efforts. 

What if MS provide a builtin api to have paging with api, or simple js funciton as part of api.

Any suggestion or thought will be appreciated.
