Link multiple tasks lists to one central task list

Hi Guys/Gals,

I'm very new to SharePoint 2013 and require some assistance.

I manage 6 companies each has its own SharePoint team site within our group site. Put simply I run the marketing department for a group of companies. Each of the 6 companies has its own space within the marketing section of our SharePoint 2013 site.

Each company has a tasks section were each of companies marketing team enters the current/soon to task that each team is working on.

My issue is that I want to see every task each company has input into their tasks displayed on a central task list hub on the main landing page. Essentially I would like to populate one task chart with all the task currently being undertaken by each company.

So basically I am looking to create one Gantt chart/task list with all 6 companies task so I can easily see what jobs are at what stage for each company. I am looking to have this auto populate so each team can upload its latest task from which I can then see on the main site without delving into the sub sites.

Is this possible and how do I do this?? Please be as basic as possible as I am very new to this program.
