We have a document library in SP 2010 which has one note files. After migration to SP 2013, the One Note files exists in 2013 document library, but while trying to open/edit these files using OneNote Client or the One Note webapp, it fails to open. Below are the different scenarios that i get:
Existing one Note

a. Opening using Client-FAILED due to Sync Failure
b. Editing using Client-FAILED due to Sync Failure
c. Opening using OneNoteWebApp-FAILED with Error "Cannot show the content"
d. Editing using OneNoteWebApp-FAILED with Error "Cannot show the content"

a. Create new one note document in library using Client- DOC CREATED
> Opening and Editing using Client
Result : FAILS as Unable to SYNC (Error msg below)
b. Opening and adding new section using OneNoteWebApp
Result : Passed
Sync Error : An error occurred while attempting to sync this section or notebook. (Error code: 0xE402005F)
