Can not add app on Sharepoint Online site : "A different version of this App is already installed..."

Hi,

I'm on Office 365 Sharepoint Online

I am trying to update my Sharepoint hosted add-in on one of my SharePoint site, but I get below message:

"A different version of this App is already installed with the same version number.  You need to delete the app from
the site and the site recycle bin to install this version.".

I have removed my app , deleted both primary and seconday recycle bin, re-add my app : same issue

I have removed my app from my app catalog, deleted both primary and seconday recycle bin on app catalog site coll, recreate my app in the site catalog with a new version (via appmanifest), tried to add the app in my site : same issue.

I cannot remove feature with powershell: I'm on Sharepoint Online.

I'm on a dev site coll, so the only way I found is to delete my site and recreate it.

What if I were on a production site ? I can not imagine deleting a site to be able to add or upgrade my app.
