I am working with popular items web part in sharepoint online and I see it brings up popular items with with blank image having ?.
What is mechanism behind that image ? - does it show image of web pag/document if popular item is web page/document ?
How sharepoint determines which image to show for specific popular item ? or is it upto us to show image ?
Under web part settings it shows : PublishingImage;PictureURL;PictureThumbnailURL.
