I have created an straight forward approval process using the workflow in Sharepoint designer. The worfklow will email the person who created the request and will also email them when it has been approved or rejected. These emails can be congifured
in the workflow settings (selecting Change the behaviour of a single task). However, the person who creates the request also receives another email when the request is created and if it is approved or rejected. The email is states '..Request has
completed on .... ', I cannot find where this email is configured and how it can be switched off. It is not located under the Change behaviour settings tab. Please can anyone help?
