Webpart connection not working in Custom list form

 Dear all,

My requirement is when user click on Edit Item button they are navigated to EditForm.aspx page. I have added Child list in EditForm.aspx page. Upto here its fine.

Note: I have customize Parent (EditForm.aspx) and Child list in SP Designer 2013 and now I am trying to apply web part connection from Parent's EditForm.aspx (InvestmentID column) to Child List (InvestmentID column) from SP UI. Child list showing empty rows when filter is apply though there are 20 records matching the filter.

I tried with default list form (Parent/Child), connection working fine but not with custom list forms.Do I need to make any modification in EditForm.aspx via SP Designer? OR anything else. Please guide.
