How do I change the word "SharePoint" in the DefaultContentBlock on SharePoint 2013?

        <div id="ms-designer-ribbon">
            <!--SID:02 {Ribbon}-->
            <!--PS: Start of READ-ONLY PREVIEW (do not modify) --><div class="DefaultContentBlock" style="background:rgb(0, 114, 198); color:white; width:100%; padding:8px; height:64px; overflow:hidden;">In true previews of your site, the SharePoint ribbon will be here.</div><!--PE: End of READ-ONLY PREVIEW -->
        </div>

All I really want to do is change the text "SharePont" in the designer ribbon per each instance of a SharePoint web application in our farm. For example, if I were on our extranet I might want it to say "Company Products" and be consistant throughout the site collection.
