Urgent !! Please help with validating user unresolved input on sharepoint 2013 multi value people picker using jquery

I have designed a custom form in SharePoint 2013 but user keep entering bogus data in the people picker multi value column.

How do I grab the values from the people picker and make sure the user data entered is resolved using jquery if not do not allow them to save the form. I have used the logic explained in this article but it does not indicate it has input error:
