CSWP "Value of a field on the page" condition

I have a CSWP on my page. In advanced mode it returns a few results but I want to filter those on a managed metadata field. The value of this meta data field is the same as the title of the site. So what I want to do is add a property filter "Value of a field on the page" and then use Page.Title. This doe not work. I do not get any results anymore.

What am I doing wrong?
