Mutli line text + mail format issue

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with the mail format(with Multiline of text). Please find the below comments.

I have an application page with the set of fields(Multiline of text), After filling & submitting the data mail should go to the approver with filled details. I am storing the filled data in a custom list, In the list maintaining few dynamic variables & these variables will be replaced by the entered (multi line text) data in the application page through .Net code.(for eg., the list field maintaining variable like [replace data] & this variable will be replaced through code).

Here my issue is, when the user enter huge data it is storing in the list, but the same not coming through the mail, just in that place it is coming with *'s.

Please help me on this issue & let me know if you need any clarifications.
