enable sharepoint custom action list item menu based on the values of Item

Hi,

I need to create custom actions on List item menu but the twist is these actions should be visible based on Item values .

Example : I need to Show Approve custom action on a list item based on the Status of the document.

I found a solution for enable and disable SharePoint Ribbon Control based on List Item Value.

I want the similar solution but for Menu Item custom Action.
